QUALIFICATIONS:

CSFT: Certified Saddle Fit Technicians are Schleese employees who have had 1400 hours of in-house and on-site training in all aspects of equine anatomy, biomechanics, static and dynamic saddle fitting, and minor repairs.

CSE: Certified Saddle Ergonomists are independent equine professionals or simply equine enthusiasts who have taken our one-week course in equine biomechanics, analyses and saddle fit diagnostics. They are able to measure both horse and rider and assess saddle fit issues.

ISF: Independent Saddle Fitters have received basic training in saddle fitting from either a third party or from Schleese Saddlery. They are able to either independently assess, diagnose and analyse issues and then do what is necessary to adjust the saddle, or work with a CSE who effects the diagnosis to determine with the ISF what needs to be done.
